To qualify for TEDSgroup Childcare Vouchers , you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You can qualify as a child’s mother or father (both parents may be eligible to claim), including Legal Guardian.
  • Be in employment.
  • You must have ‘parental responsibility’ under law for your child.
  • Have an eligible child under 15 years old (until Sept 1st following their 15th Birthday), 16 if your child is registered disabled.
  • The childcare provider (nursery, nanny, au pair etc.) must be approved and/or registered.
  • Your employer must be registered with TEDSgroup to claim TEDSgroup Childcare Vouchers .

TEDS Premier

To qualify for the TEDS Premier salary sacrifice scheme, you must meet the eligibility criteria:

  • You can qualify as a child’s mother or father , either one or both may claim, including Legal Guardian.
  • Be in employment.
  • You must have ‘parental responsibility’ under law for your child.
  • Have an eligible child
  • The nursery must be registered.
  • Your employer must be registered with TEDSgroup to claim TEDS Premier.
  • If you are a lower paid worker, you must first ensure that you will benefit from TEDS Premier – find out about Working Family Tax Credits and check with HMRC or Personnel Department to see if they are affected before enrolling.
